ABSTRACT
The problem of this research is
about teacher performance. The core of this research is focused on the factors
of influencing teacher performance, consist of the ability to arrange the
teaching program and the ability to conduct teaching program. Based on that
problem, the researcher wants to describe how far the influence of teachers
guides and the internal communication toward teacher performance at SDN in
Gugus 9 Limbangsari Cianjur.
The method of this research used explanatory survey method
using collective data questionnaire of likert scale of likert category to the
35 teachers of SDN Gugus ( Limbangsari Cianjur district. The questionnaire of
teachers guide is 15 items, the questionnaire for internal communication is 15
items and teacher’s performance is 25 items. Before using the questionnaire, te
researchers has tested the validity and the reliability using F-tested and
T-tested significant.
The result of this research shows that the variable of
teachers guide (X1) and the internal communication (X2) toward teachers
performance (Y) are 31,4 %, otherwise, 68,6 % is influenced by other variable
that is indefinite. The result of f-tested is that testing toward teachers
guide variable and internal communication has significant influence to the teacher’s
performance (Y). The result of F-task is 8,764 for the 0.001 sig. it is
indicated that the result of sig-task smaller than 0.05. it means that the
hypothesis or Ho is refused and the hypothesis Ha is accepted that is teachers
guide variable and internal communication. Both of those variables have
significant influence to the teacher’s performance at the level of 5%. The
result of t-test is that the test to the each variable that is teachers guide
and internal communication has influence to the teacher’s performance. The
result of t-test that teachers guide variable (X1) is 0,516 at the sig 0,6090,
indicated that the result of sig task is 0.005, that has meaning, the
hypothesis Ho is accepted and the hypothesis Ha is refused. It means that
teachers guide variable (X1) and internal communication (X2) does not have
significant influence to the teacher’s performance. The result of t task for
internal communication (X2) at 4,137 at the sig of 0, 000, it is indicated that
the hypothesis of Ho and the hypothesis of Ha is accepted, that is internal
communication (X2) influenced significantly to the teachers performance
variable (Y) to the level 5 %.
The result of this research is: it is proved that a teacher
guide variable (X1) does not have significant influence toward teacher’s
performance at the level of 5%. It is proved that internal communication (X2)
has significant influence toward teacher’s performance at the level of 5%. It
is also proved that teachers guide (X1) and the internal communication (X2) has
significantly influence toward teacher’s performance at the level 5%. But both
of variable have significantly influence toward teachers performance toward
teachers performance, however, teachers guide does not have influence
significantly toward school effectiveness.
Based on the
research result, the researcher can give some advice. It is necessary to motivate
teachers to increase the quality of teacher’s performance by following
education training and also increase their performance in order to be a
professional teacher.
